George W. Brinson

Mr. Brinson was first admitted to practice before the State Bar of Georgia in 1977. He completed his four year undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia in only three years, graduating Magna Cum Laude and being selected for membership in the prestigious national honor fraternity, Phi Beta Kappa. Following the completion of his undergraduate degree, Mr. Brinson attended the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating in 1977. While in law school, Mr. Brinson participated in Moot Court, Trial Practice and became a member of the legal fraternity of Phi Kappa Phi.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Brinson was admitted to practice before all State and Superior Courts in Georgia, both the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia, and all three Judicial Districts of the United States District Court in Georgia. Since gaining admission to the State Bar in 1977, Mr. Brinson has made court appearances in the trial courts, both State and Federal, from the northernmost to the southernmost counties in the State of Georgia and many of the counties in between.

Mr. Brinson began his career as a trial lawyer defending insurance companies in all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases. While he was successful in his defense of these cases, he always felt an empathy for the injured parties and personally vowed to take his knowledge and trial experience and put it to work for those injured as a result of the negligent acts or omissions of others.

At The Orlando Firm, P.C., Mr. Brinson is making good on his vow. He no longer works for the insurance companies, but instead argues the cases of individuals and the families of those individuals in front of judges and juries all over the State of Georgia. His practice covers all types of personal injuries, from those arising from slips and falls on the premises of others, injuries from intentional torts, to the injuries sustained in automobile accidents. Mr. Brinson's practice also involves representing workers injured on the job and those individuals injured by the defective products of manufacturers.

With over thirty years of trial experience "under his belt", and using his inside knowledge of how the insurance companies evaluate and try cases, Mr. Brinson continues to obtain successful verdicts and settlements for his clients.
